By accessing or using the Tapin platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Tapin provides a platform for church administration and attendance tracking. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of the data you input into the system
• Obtaining necessary consent from your members for data collection

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tapin Technologies and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tapin Technologies.

In no event shall Tapin Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
